Not bad at all, i just need to pull my finger out and start doing max attempts again. the 35m should take around 1m/s so 70sec plus a bit of stuffing around on the turn. my longest deep dive to date was 34m with a dive time of 1:50ish BennyB will find you soone enough... i'll make sure of it DD

yep train fairly regularly but not very serious, work still takes priority but after the comp we just had in sydney the passion has been ignited again!
occasionally jump on spearoz, but not really my kinda forum, to much politics etc for me. but still have some good info if you sift through alot of s**t.
only really here and Deeperblue and thats about it, dont really have the time for the net otherwise.

Not bad, first comp so really nervous really just wanted to get an idea, catch up with some friends and meet some new people. did that in spades so that was good.
as for the actual comp my main aim was to make sure i got 2 white cards (clean dives without penalties) so did some pretty conservative dives.
Static: 4:27 DNF: 56m (head cold and no sleep so pretty crappy swim)
but was pretty happy overall and learned a truck load.

for this kinda stuff in the pool mostly, but havent been training alot, normlly static CO2 tables for static apnea and dynamic Co2 tables for any swimming stuff. lots of laps on technique is the next focus so it becomes more automatic and i can focus on other aspects of the dive. but someone like BennyB helps alot with sorting out training tables etc. other people to look at are here - www.qldfreediving.com.au- www.australianfreediving.org- www.freedivedownunder.comDD

Thanks again

He's up in cairns with me for the weekend, teaching a course, spoke to him about your requirements and he's planning on getting in contact with you when he gets back to Brissy.
