Ok guys with a competition looming and my training up to S**T i thought i'd ask a couple of questions which my help fast track a couple of things.

1. using a mono how fast is an efficient pase for dynamic? 1m/s ish?
2. same as above but for no fins?
3. during dynamic with mono are you pushing quite hard on the down stroke then enjoying the glide or are you using relaxed efficient undulations, which for me proove to be slower?
