Hey all,
Just a quick question on the off chance someone knows. Are there any finswimming clubs in the Melbourne area? Thought it might be a good place to get some help with learning things like monofin techs.
Thanks Smiley

Hi Jae,
I don't know if there is a finswimming club in melbourne or not. I used to train with a finswimming club in Canberra around 6 years ago, at the time there used to be clubs in Sydney & Melbourne. Your best bet would be to try the contacts for the Aus finswimming body :-

Hey,
Good to see more interested freedivers in Melbourne.
I've got a mono and never thought to look for a fin swimming club here. If you find one could you please let me know.
Otherwise youtube and practice....

Cheers,
Sam

Thanks Wal, asked and found Smiley

Hi Sam, looks like there is no club as such. There is someone who does train for finswimming in Melbourne though. If you wanted more information, can either use the email on the site Wal suggested, or I can ask if it's ok to pass an email address along to you Smiley
*laughs* yes learning via youtube is always interesting. At least I think I've finally worked out turns learning that way (kind of anyway >.<)
